Instruct NMC to Let your home
Viewings and Offers
At this point we will carry out all viewings at times that are suitable to you. We will inform you of exactly who we have coming for the viewing. Rest assured we will not carry out any viewings with any tenants that do not fit your requested criteria. Once viewings have been carried out we will report back to you on how they went. Once we have been informed of any offers, we will inform you, discuss in detail with you and not make any decision until you are happy with the offer.
Support when an offer is agreed
Once an offer has been accepted we go to work on carrying out all the necessary strict reference checks to ensure that this is the right tenant for your property.
